Project management is a fundamental component of our services. Creating a professional team is essential to provide quality work, and a timely completion. There are often many professionals needed for a project. Tradespeople, workrooms, product, and service providers, delivery personnel and installers, all play key rolls and must be scheduled to work effectively together, in order to achieve the clients goals and requirements.
Each member of my team is an expert in their field and contribute significantly to delivering the best possible services to my clients.
I encourage a “charrette” style approach between team, client and myself to take advantage of the wealth of experience and knowledge. Working this way over the years has been a positive way to develop and foster creativity, problem solve and keep the lines of communication open.
